iGrovest Group (Pty) Ltd is an agricultural development company that provides tailor made solutions for small-scale farmer development through indigenous agricultural commodities that was founded in 2019. Our core business is (Ricinus Communis) castor oil-beans value chain commercialization focusing on its seed breeding, farming, agro-processing and bio-technology product development, distribution and skill development (training). Our focus is to initiate, design and implement key developmental projects that will kick-start productivity of available resources in rural areas to promote rural agriculture, farmer support, investments, and job creation, through sustainable agriculture.

Mr. Moseki completed his Master’s Degree in Agricultural Science (Agricultural Economics) at the University of South Africa and his undergraduate studies at North West University.
In addition, he has completed various courses, including Project Management, SAFEX, and Oil Milling. Mr. Lesedi Moseki has over 15 years of cumulative experience in agricultural enterprise development and agro-processing for both commercial and emerging farmers. He has worked in both the private and government sectors within the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform. During his tenure with DAFF, Mr. Moseki was responsible for capacity building, training, financial support, business planning, and enterprise production. His main focus is supporting emerging farmers and agro-processors by providing access to markets, finance, and mentorship.
With over a decade of comprehensive experience in finance, I am a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) specializing in the dynamic fields of insurance and chemical processing. I have expertise in financial strategy development, stakeholder relationship management, and operational excellence.
I spent eight years at Hollard, where I progressed from a Management Accountant to a Financial Business Partner. During my tenure, I managed a balance sheet exceeding R25 billion and witnessed Hollard Insurance’s gross written premium surge by over R3 billion in three years. I will be responsible for the financial management of the business to ensure alignment with its strategic goals.

Letlhogonolo Moseki pursued higher education at North West University, Mafikeng Campus, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting. She completed an Accounting Trainee Work Readiness Program with Guarantee Trust Corporate Support Services, where she obtained a National Diploma in Technical Financial Accounting.
During her training, she developed strong communication, interpersonal, and professional etiquette skills, as well as expertise in bookkeeping and computer literacy. She also acquired proficiency in Pastel Version 11 software.
She later worked as a Junior Debtors Controller at a reputable cement mining company from 2016 to 2017 and currently serves as the Financial Manager for a logistics company. With her extensive experience, she has developed excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical skills. She further enhanced her capabilities by gaining proficiency in SAP software and advanced Excel. As a zealous young professional, she is now venturing into entrepreneurship to apply her skills and work ethic.
Qualification: PhD in Biochemistry
Dr. Rebaone Makaudi is an aspiring Research and Development Chemist with expertise in polymer and materials science, particularly in nanotechnology applications for catalysis and water treatment. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Chemistry with Cum Laude.
His role in Product Research and Development focuses on the bio-science and organic industries. Dr. Makaudi holds a PhD in Biochemistry, with a specialization in organic product development.

Dr. Ndumiso Mazibuko is a South African economist with extensive knowledge and over 15 years of experience in the agricultural sector. One of his greatest achievements is his role in executing the statutory levy system, which has helped the South African commercial agricultural sector generate funding for research, expand export markets, improve market access, and support production development since the deregulation of the sector in 1997.
He holds an MBA and a PhD in Agricultural Economics and has worked for the National Agricultural Marketing Council (NAMC) as a senior economist in the statutory measures division, leading the livestock portfolio. His role is to oversee industry development and mobilize support for the sector.
Qualification: Diploma in Crop Science
Ms. Bonolo Gemba has 15 years of experience in the private business sector, working across various industries. She is responsible for coordinating the farming division, managing contract growers, and overseeing farm managers and farm technicians.
Mr. Papiso Gaearwe is a facilitator specializing in mixed production, plant production, and poultry production. He obtained an N. Diploma in Poultry Production in 2014.
As a poultry breeder and farm manager, he has in-depth knowledge of animal production and breeding, with 15 years of experience in farm management and the poultry industry. He has also served as a mentor and training facilitator for the Ekurhuleni Poultry Training Project, assisting CWP beneficiaries and smallholder farmers since 2019.
