Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Lesedi Moseki

Mr Moseki completed his Master’s Degree of Agricultural Science (Agricultural Economics) with the University of South Africa and studied his undergraduate studies with North West University. Mr. Lesedi Moseki has more than 7 years’ experience working in the field of agriculture with both the commercial and emerging farmers in livestock and crop production. He started his career in NGO of food security programme which led him to joining commercial farmer’s cooperative as a marketing adviser training to become a market agent. However, He decided to join the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform internship program under Branch Rural Enterprise and Industrial Development as a project manager/coordinator in the implementation of various key national agricultural projects.

Following the internship programme, He joined the Department of Agriculture and Forestry and Fisheries as a business developer where he worked with emerging farmers. During his tenure with the DAFF, Mr. Lesedi Moseki was responsible for capacity building/training with regards to financial and recordkeeping management; business planning; and enterprise production. His main specialties are to support emerging farmers/ Agri-SMME with access to markets, finance and mentorship

Head of Chemistry

Takudzwa Chifamba

The position for head of chemistry held by Mr. Takudzwa Chifamba. Mr Takudzwa Chifamba has Degree in Chemical and Process Systems Engineer. Mr Chifamba is responsible the lead role for operations of development of engineered seeds and product development. Our lead product developer has seven (7) year experience working with in the castor oil seed development such as seed engineering, biodiesel and bio-lubricants formulations.

Supply Chain Manager

Itumeleng Cholo

Holds a B.Com Degree in Economics with University Of Pretoria, with more than 10 years’ experience in the area of supply chain and production management. Mr Cholo was class of 2011 Nestle graduate global graduate programme, where he was developed to the company’s Senior Supply Planner and forecasting specialist. He handle huge lines in planning and manufacturing key lines (Cremora), in 2016 he joined Ferrero Roche as a Supply Chain manager, handling manufacturing process, warehouse, logistics and distribution. Currently he runs’ the company Supply Chain process dealing with Suppliers and contract negotiations.

Project Manager

Phenyo Montwedi

Phenyo Montwedi – MBA, BTech Project, BTech Mgmt. – Career Synopsis

Phenyo Montwedi (30) a business and project management speciaist with more than 7 year’s experience. He holds an MBA Degree from Regent Business School, a B Tech Project Management Degree from Tshwane University of Technology, a B Tech and a National Diploma in Management from Vaal University of Technology.

He has managed various research projects including the Competition Commission’s Market Inquiry into the Private Healthcare Sector. He is the founder and director of Centre for Entrepreneurship, Management and Innovation (CEMI). He has successfully managed and implemented various skills development and internship programmes which benefited over 500 learners across the country in collaboration with various Setas. He has worked with organisations such as the Gauteng Enterprise Propeller as a project manager to develop and skill SMME’s and Cooperatives in Gauteng

Finance

Letlhogonolo Moseki

Miss Letlhogonolo Moseki is a young black woman from Pampierstad. Matriculated in 2010 at Pampierstad. Went on to further her studies at the North West University, Mafikeng Campus to acquire a Bachelor Degree in Financial Accountancy. Undertook an Accounting Trainee Work Readiness program with Guarantee Trust Corporate Support Service, where she acquired a National Diploma in Technical Financial Accounting. From the training she acquired communication skills, Interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, bookkeeping skills, extensive computer literary skills and acquired Pastel Version 11 software skills.

Then went on to work at a reputable Cement mine company as a Junior Debtors Controller from 2016 to 2017 and currently the Financial Manager for a Logistics company. With that experience, an excellent work ethic was developed through communication skills, Interpersonal skills and technical skills. She furthered her technical skills by acquiring SAP software skills and extensive excel skills. As a zealous young woman, she is now venturing into entrepreneurship to apply her skills and work ethic.
